The Canadian Spice Association (CSA) is a non-profit, volunteer association whose members provide the Canadian food industry with various spices, herbs, seeds and extractives for use in food production. The scope of the activities of the member companies includes the growing and cultivation, importing and distribution, processing and treatment, as well as the marketing of these products.

As Canada becomes more active in the global spice industry, the Canadian Spice Association (CSA) will continue to serve a supportive role to the CSA membership, their clients and consumers. This will help allow our member companies to continue to contribute safe and wholesome products to the Canadian food industry and abroad.
